Hung Curd Sandwich

(Serves 1)







Ingredients


  1. 1 small bowl onion chopped

  2. 1 small bowl (bell peppers-red,green and yellow) chopped

  3. 2-3 tbsp hung curd

  4. 1/2 tsp Salt

  5. 1 tsp red chili flakes

  6. 1 tsp mixed herbs

  7. Lettuce

  8. Coriander Chutney

  9. Bread

  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add chopped bell peppers and onions.

  3. Add hung curd and mix well.

  4. Add spices, mix well and keep it aside.

  5. Take bread slices and spread the coriander chutney on one side.

  6. Add the lettuce on it and now spread the hung curd mix.

  7. Cover it with other slice.

  8. Now Grill it.


For Serving

Cut the sandwich in two parts and serve it with tomato ketchup and your favorite drink.. Enjoy !!
