(Serves 3-4)
Ingredients
1 cup boiled chickpea
7-8 garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1 lemon juice
Chili flakes
1/4 cup water
Procedure
Take a grinder.
Add Chickpeas, garlic cloves, salt and lemon juice.
Add water in batches and grind it to smooth paste.
Take a seving bowl, spread the Hummus spread.
Add in oil and garnish it with some chili flakes.
For Serving
Serve your healthy Hummus, with some Garlic bread, pita bread and Enjoy..
