Hummus Spread




Ingredients


  1. 1 cup boiled chickpea

  2. 1 tbsp olive oil

  3. 1/2 tsp salt

  4. 1 lemon juice

  5. 1 small onion finely chopped

  6. 1 small tomato finely chopped

  7. 1/2 cucumber finely chopped

  8. Salt to taste

  9. Chili flakes




Procedure

  1. Grind boiled chickpea, olive oil, salt and lemon juice together

  2. Add the hummus in a mixing bowl

  3. Add veggies in it and mix well

  4. Add spices and 1tsp olive oil and mix well

  5. Add lemon (optional)



For Serving

Toast the bread and add the hummus spread on it and enjoy the healthy breakfast
