Hummus Spread

(Serves 3-4)






Ingredients


  1. 1 cup boiled chickpea

  2. 7-8 garlic cloves

  3. 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1 lemon juice

  6. Chili flakes

  7. 1/4 cup water




Procedure

  1. Take a grinder.

  2. Add Chickpeas, garlic cloves, salt and lemon juice.

  3. Add water in batches and grind it to smooth paste.

  4. Take a seving bowl, spread the Hummus spread.

  5. Add in oil and garnish it with some chili flakes.



For Serving

Serve your healthy Hummus, with some Garlic bread, pita bread and Enjoy..
