Hara Bhara Kabab



Ingredients


  1. 200 gms spinach washed and boiled

  2. 1 bowl peas

  3. 7-8 boiled potatoes

  4. 2-3 green chilies roughly chopped

  5. 1 inch ginger roughly chopped

  6. Bread crumbs

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  10. 1 tsp chaat masala

  11. Oil for shallow frying



Procedure

  1. Take a grinder and add boiled spinach, peas, green chilies and ginger, grind it in smooth paste

  2. Take a mixing bowl

  3. Pour the spinach peas paste and add boiled potatoes

  4. Add spices and bread crumbs as required ( it should stick together) and mix well

  5. Make small balls of it like tiki and dust some bread crumbs on it

  6. Heat a griddle and grease it with oil

  7. Add tikki and cook it from both sides

For Serving

Serve hot hara bhara kabab with fresh coriander chutney and enjoy
