Ingredients
Half cabbage
2 green capsicum cut in slice
1 onion cut in slice
2-3 Green chilli diagonally cut
2 carrot cut in slice
Salt for taste
2-3 tea spoon black pepper
1-2 tb spoon vinegar
3-4 tb spoon oil
1-2 tb spoon green chilly sauce
1-2 tb spoon hot n sour tomato ketchup
500 gms Noodles
Procedure
Take pan and add 2 glass water add 2 tea spoon salt and 1 tea spoon oil. When comes to boil, add noodles
Boil for 2-3 mins and drain out the excessive water and keep boiled noodles aside.
Pour oil on the boiled noddles so that it don’t stick.
Take a pan add 2 tea spoon oil, one’s hot add onion, green chillies and stir till slight brown
Add carrot and one’s soft add capsicum and cabbage n stir well till light brown in color
Add salt and black pepper and mix well the veggies
Add vinegar, green chilly sauce and tomato sauce in veggies mix well.
At last add the boiled noodles and mix with light hand so that the noodles doesn’t break
For serving
Serve noddles in a bowl or a serving plate.
Take 1 onion finely sliced and in 1 tea spoon oil sauté it till golden brown
One’s the onion are saute, garnish the noodles with the onion and serve hot
