Ingredients
1 cup paneer crumpled
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
Bread
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl, add panner, onions, coriander and green chilies.
Add spices and mix well.
Take a bread slice, spread the paneer mixture and cover it with another bread slice.
Repeat the procedure.
Grill the sandwich
For Serving
Cut the sandwich in halves and serve hot with tomato sauce and enjoy the spiciness
