Grilled Kulcha Sandwich

(Serves 1)











Ingredients


  1. 2 Kulcha

  2. 1 small onion roundly cut

  3. 1 small tomato roundly cut

  4. 1 small cucumber roundly cut

  5. Grated Paneer

  6. Mozzarella Cheese

  7. Seasoning (of your choice)

  8. Sauce/ Spread (of your choice)



Procedure








  1. Take a kulcha.

  2. Apply the sauce evenly.

  3. Add cucumber, tomato, onion, grated paneer.

  4. Add seasoning and sprinkle some cheese.

  5. Cover it with other kulcha.

  6. Grill it.


For Serving


Cut the Grilled Kulcha Sandwich in two parts and serve with tomato sauce and your favorite beverage.. Enjoy!!
