Ingredients
1 cup hung curd
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cabbage finely sliced
2 carrots grated
Black salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
Seasoning (optional)
Bread of your choice
Procedure
For Filling
Take a mixing bowl
Add hung curd and mayonnaise
Add veggies and mix together
Add salt and black pepper, seasoning (optional)
Mix well all the ingredients and keep it aside
For Sandwich
Take bread.
Spread the filling on one bread loaf and covered with other.
Grill it on preheated griller for 5 mins.
Cut diagonally.
For Serving
Serve the sandwich with sauce and drink of your choice
