GolGappe (Panipuri)

Ingredients


  1. 1 cup aata

  2. 1 cup suji

  3. 1 tea spoon salt

  4. 2-3 tea spoon oil

  5. Warm water

  6. Boiled Channa (chick peas)


Procedure


  1. Mix aata suji salt and oil

  2. Gradually add warm water and knead it to tight dough

  3. Cover it for 15-20 mins with damp cloth

  4. Make small balls and roll it flat

  5. Deep fry it on medium flame


For Filling


  1. Boil 4-5 potatoes and chick peas

  2. Mash it nicely and add salt and red chilli powder

  3. You can add boiled channa as well for taste.


For Serving

Serve them with cold golgappe ka panni.
