Ingredients
1 big bowl coriander roughly chopped
1 small bowl mint leave roughly chopped
2-3 green chilies roughly chopped
1 inch ginger roughly chopped
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp jaljeera powder or chaat masala (optional)
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tsp hing (asafetida)
Procedure
Take blender and blend coriander, mint leave, ginger and green chilies to smooth paste.
Take a big bowl and place Sieve (channi) on it.
Add that paste over the sieve (channi) and keep adding water.
Keep pressing the paste so that all water squeeze out.
Add water as required.
Add all the spices and mix well.
Add bondi (optional).
