Gobi Aloo Matar

(Serves 2-3)




Ingredients


  1. 1 big cauliflower (florets separated)

  2. 2-3 small potato (chopped in cubes)

  3. 2/3 cup peas

  4. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  5. Salt to taste

  6. 1 tsp red chili powder

  7. 1.5 tsp dry mango powder

  8. 1 tsp coriander powder

  9. 1-2 tbsp oil



Procedure






For Air Frying Cauliflower and Potatoes

  1. Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins on 180 degrees.

  2. Add cauliflower, brush some oil and fry them for 8-9 mins or more if required, keep aside the air fried cauliflower. Shake it t in between.

  3. Add potatoes, brush some oil and fry them for 8-9 mins or more if required, keep aside the air fried potatoes. Shake it t in between.


For Gobi Aloo Matar


  1. Take a pan and heat oil.

  2. Add grated ginger and cook for a mins on low medium flame.

  3. Add fried cauliflower and potatoes, mix well.

  4. Add peas and mix well.

  5. Cover it for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.

  6. Add spices and mix well.

  7. Cover for 2-3 mins.


For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander or kasuri methi and serve hot.
