Ingredients
1 Bottle gourd
1 big onion finely chopped
3-4 tomatoes finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1-2 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 cup water
Procedure

Take a mesh wire and roast the bottle gourd.
Let it cool and peel the skin.
Either grate it or chop it finely.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and toss it for a min or two.
Let it cook, till it changes color.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Let it cook till soft and mushy.
Add spices and mix well.
Cook further for 4-5 mins on low flame.
Add water and mix well.
Add bottle gourd and mix well.
Cover it with the lid and cook for 10-15 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Garnish your Ghiya ka Bharta with coriander leaves and enjoy with Roti and Curd..
