Ingredients
10-12 garlic cloves grated
1.5 tbsp butter
Chili flakes
Oregano
1/2 tsp salt
Fresh coriander
Ghee for greasing
Wheat dough
Procedure
Filling
Take a bowl and add garlic and butter.
Microwave for 1 min or till butter melts.
Add spices and mix well.
Your filling is ready.
For Lachha Parantha
Make a ball (medium size).
Dust some flour and roll it flat.
Apply the filling.
Sprinkle coriander and press it.
Now, for making a lachha parantha, start creating pleats.
Stretch the pleated dough.
Now roll it together as shown in image.
Dust some flour, press a little.
Now roll flat your parantha.
Grease the griddle/ tawa.
Add parantha and cook from both the sides.
For Serving
