Garlic lachha Parantha




Ingredients

  1. 10-12 garlic cloves grated

  2. 1.5 tbsp butter

  3. Chili flakes

  4. Oregano

  5. 1/2 tsp salt

  6. Fresh coriander

  7. Ghee for greasing

  8. Wheat dough



Procedure


Filling

  1. Take a bowl and add garlic and butter.

  2. Microwave for 1 min or till butter melts.

  3. Add spices and mix well.

  4. Your filling is ready.


For Lachha Parantha

  1. Make a ball (medium size).

  2. Dust some flour and roll it flat.

  3. Apply the filling.

  4. Sprinkle coriander and press it.

  5. Now, for making a lachha parantha, start creating pleats.

  6. Stretch the pleated dough.

  7. Now roll it together as shown in image.

  8. Dust some flour, press a little.

  9. Now roll flat your parantha.

  10. Grease the griddle/ tawa.

  11. Add parantha and cook from both the sides.


For Serving

Serve hot garlic lachha parantha with pickle/ dal makhni/ dum aloo/ malai kofta/ matar malai mushroom and enjoy. Try our north Indian Curries sections for more amazing recipes.
