(Serves 3-4)
Ingredients
3-5 carrot chopped
2 medium potato cut
2/3 cup peas
Salt to taste
1.5 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1.5 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
Pinch of asafetida
Procedure
Take a pan and heat oil.
Add cumin seeds and asafetida, stir for a min.
Add potatoes and cook for 10-12 mins on low medium flame, or till they are almost cooked.
Add carrot and further cook for 10-12 mins.
Add peas and mix well.
Cover it with lid for 5-7 mins on low flame.
Add spices and mix well.
Cover for 2-3 mins and cook further for 5-7 mins.
For Serving
Sprinkle some black pepper and Serve hot with phulka and curd.
