Fruit Custard

Serves 5-6





Ingredients


  1. 1.5 liter milk

  2. 3 tbsp Custard Powder

  3. 1 bowl fruits (pomegrante and grapes)

  4. 1/2 cup sugar ( it can vary as per taste )

  5. 15-20 almonds ( chopped )


Procedure






  1. Take a bowl, add custard powder.

  2. Add lukewarm milk and whisk well.

  3. Keep it aside.

  4. Boil milk in heavy pan/kadai.

  5. Lower the flame and add chopped almonds( keep some for garnishing ).

  6. Stir well on low flame.

  7. Add sugar an mix well.

  8. Keep stiring on low flame, so that it doesn’t stick at bottom.

  9. After 10-15 mins add custard mix.

  10. Keep cooking and stirring till it is half in its quantity on low flame only.

  11. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.




For Serving

When you are about to serve, Add fruits and mix well.

Garnish it with the dry fruits, serve cold and enjoy!!
