Flaxseeds Vegetable Salad

(Serves 2)







Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl Broccoli florets

  2. 1 bowl mushrooms sliced

  3. 1 onion chopped

  4. 1 capsicum chopped

  5. 1 tomato chopped

  6. 1 cucumber chopped

  7. 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  8. 2tbsp flaxseeds

  9. 1-2 tsp mixed herbs

  10. 1-2 tsp pizza seasoning

  11. 2 tsp chaat masala


Procedure






  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add broccoli, toss for 3-4 mins.

  3. Add mushrooms and further toss for 3-4 mins.

  4. Add seasoning and mix well.

  5. Take a mixing bowl, add tossed broccoli and mushrooms and all the vegetables and mix well.

  6. Add flaxseeds, and chaat masala.

  7. Mix well all the ingredients.
