Ingredients
1 cup peas
2 big potato (cut in cubes)
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1.5 tsp dry mango powder
Pinch of asafetida
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp oil
Procedure
Take a kadai and head oil.
Add cumin, and asafetida and toss for a min.
Add potato and cook for 10-12 mins or till potatoes are cooked on low flame.
Add peas and mix well.
Cook further for 8-10 mins and cover it with a lid.
Add spices and mix well.
Let it cook further for 5 mins on low flame.
For Serving (serves- 2)
Serve hot dry aloo matar with phulka and enjoy
