Veg Dry Manchurian


Ingredients


For Manchurian Balls


  1. 1/2 cabbage finely chopped

  2. 1 capsicum finely chopped

  3. 10-12 beans finely chopped

  4. 4-5 green chilies chopped

  5. 1 tb Grated ginger

  6. 3 tbsp all purpose flour

  7. 3 tbsp cornflour

  8. 3 tbsp bread crumbs

  9. Salt to taste

  10. 1 tsp pepper

  11. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  12. 1 tbsp green chili sauce

  13. 1 tbsp vinegar


For Dry Manchurian

  1. 1 big onion cut in cubes

  2. 1 capsicum cut in cubes

  3. 4-5 green chilies diagonally cut

  4. Grated ginger

  5. 1 tbsp olive oil

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp pepper

  8. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  9. 1 tbsp green chili sauce

  10. 2-3 tbsp vinegar

  11. 1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)


Procedure

  1. Mix all the manchurian balls ingredients.

  2. See to it that the veggies stick together

  3. If not, you can add 1tsp bread crumbs

  4. Make small small balls of the veggies

  5. Heat oil for deep frying

  6. Deep fry the balls on medium high flame till its golden brown in color

  7. Take out the balls and put it on the tissue paper and keep it aside


For Dry Manchurian


  1. Hot oil in a pan

  2. Add ginger and green chili and stir fry for a min

  3. Add onions and sauté well for 3-4 mins

  4. Add capsicum and mix well

  5. Cook it for 3-4 mins

  6. Add salt, pepper, and sauces and mix well

  7. Add Manchurian balls and mix well for a min or two


For Serving

Garnish the manchurian with spring onions or seasoning And Serve hot manchurian with fried rice or noddles. ( Check out our Chinese section for more recipes)
