Dry Chili Paneer




Ingredients


For Paneer


  1. 500 gms paneer cut in cubes

  2. 4 tbsp all purpose flour

  3. 1 tsp black salt

  4. 1 tsp black pepper

  5. 1 tbsp vinegar

  6. 1 tbsp green chili sauce

  7. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  8. Water as required

  9. Oil for deep frying


For Dry Chili Paneer

  1. 1 big onion finely chopped

  2. 1 capsicum finely chopped

  3. 4-5 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  5. 1 tbsp olive oil

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp pepper

  8. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  9. 1 tbsp green chili sauce

  10. 2-3 tbsp vinegar

  11. Seasoning (optional)

  12. 1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)


Procedure

For Paneer

  1. Take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour

  2. Add spices and sauces, mix well

  3. Add water as required and whisk well

  4. Dip paneer cubes in the batter and deep fry on medium flame

  5. Take out the paneer cubes and put it on the tissue paper and keep it aside


For Chili Paneer


  1. Hot oil in a pan

  2. Add ginger and garlic paste and green chili and stir fry for a min

  3. Add onions and sauté well for 3-4 mins

  4. Add capsicum and mix well

  5. Cook it for 3-4 mins

  6. Add salt, pepper, and sauces and mix well

  7. Add paneer cubes and mix well for a min or two


For Serving

Garnish the dry chili paneer with spring onions or seasoning And Serve hot with fried rice or noddles. Try out our Chinese section for more recipes.
