Dry Amritsari Wadiyan

(Serves 2)





Ingredients


  1. 4-5 wadiya ( crushed )

  2. 1 big onion finely sliced

  3. 1-2 green chilies

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1 tsp cumin seeds

  6. 1 tsp red chili powder

  7. 1.5 tsp dry mango powder

  8. 1 tsp coriander powder

  9. 1 tbsp oil

  10. 1/2 cup water

  1. Heat oil in a wok.

  2. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.

  3. Add onions and green chilies, cook till it changes color.

  4. Add crushed wadiya and mix well.

  5. Add water, mix well and cover it for 8-10 mins on low flame.

  6. Remove the lid and add spices, mix well.

  7. Cover it on low flame for 10-15 mins or until wadiya gets soft in texture.

For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve with chapatti and curd.. Enjoy your Lunch/ Dinner.
