Dhaniya Garlic Paneer

(Serves 4)




Ingredients


  1. 400gm paneer (cut in cubes or triangle)

  2. 2 onions finely chopped

  3. 2 onions sliced (fried)

  4. 3-4 green chilies finely chopped

  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (or grated)

  6. 10-12 garlic cloves finely chopped

  7. 1 cup coriander leaves

  8. 1 cup whisk curd

  9. 1 tsp Salt

  10. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  11. 1 tsp coriander powder

  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  13. 2 tsp kasuri methi

  14. 1 tsp jeera powder

  15. 1/4 cup water

  16. 1 tsp oil

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add coriander leaves, fried onions, garlic cloves, green chilies, kasuri methi and mix well.

  2. Crush it and keep it aside.

  3. Take whisk curd, add spices (salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder) and mix well and keep it aside.


For Serving


When you are about to serve -

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste and toss for a min.

  3. Add finely chopped onions and cook till it changes color.

  4. Add crushed coriander mix and sauté for a min or two.

  5. Sprinkle some water and mix well.

  6. Add whisked curd and cook for a min or two.

  7. Add water and cook for 3-4 mins.

  8. Add paneer cubes and again cook for a min or two.

  9. Serve hot with Garlic Lachha Paratha or Tandoori Roti or Butter Naan
