Ingredient
1 big bowl fresh cream.
Procedure
Take a heavy pan.
Add fresh cream (collected and stored for 10-15 days)
And cook on low medium flame.
Keep stiring in between, as it will sticks with the pan.
Keep stiring it, till it becomes transparent as in the image below.
One's it leave the residue (which will be in brown color) switch off the flame.
(It will take around 1-1.5 hour to make homemade ghee from the fresh cream)
Take the container in which you have to store it.
Filter the pure ghee, the residue will remain.
Squeeze the residue with serving spoon so that the ghee comes out of the residue.
You can even use the residue as a sweet dish by add sugar in it.
