Dal Parantha


Ingredients


  1. Leftover dal

  2. 1 big onion finely chopped

  3. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  6. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  7. 1 tsp coriander powder

  8. Wheat flour as required

  9. Ghee for greasing


Procedure

  1. Take a big mixing bowl

  2. Add dal and other ingredients except ghee

  3. Knead it to dough (do not add water)

  4. Take a small portion of dough

  5. Dust with flour

  6. Roll it flat

  7. Grease griddle with ghee

  8. Add flat roti on griddle

  9. Cook from both the sides



For Serving

Serve hot dal parantha with butter/ curd/ pickle/ tea and enjoy
