Ingredients
1 cup kali sabut dal ( whole black lentil)
1/2 cup red kidney beans
4-5 tomatoes grinded
2-3 green chillies
1 tb spoon ghee
1 tb spoon grated ginger
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon asafetida (hing)
1 tea spoon (cuming seeds) jeera
1-2 tb spoon dry pomegranate seeds
1 tea spoon red chilli
1-2 tea spoon amchur
1-2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
1/2 cup cream
Procedure
Wash dal and rajma (kidney beans) together
Add dal and rajma in pressure cooker
Add tomato paste and 1 tea spoon salt
Cover it with lid and let 3-4 whistles come
Let it cool, open the lid and add tadka, stir well
Simmer on low heat for long time
For Tadka
Add ghee in the pan, once hot add jeera
Add grated ginger and asafetida
Add spices and stir well for a minute
