Ingredients
250 gms okra cut (one inch)
1 onion finely chopped
2-3 red chilies slit
10-12 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 cup whisk curd
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp fenugreek leaves
2 + 2 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Add spices in curd, except salt and mix it well.
Keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan.
Add okra and cook it for 10-12 mins on low medium flame.
Add salt and mix it well.
Keep it aside.
In same pan, heat oil.
Add green chilies and garlic.
Toss it well for 4-5 mins.
Add onions and cook till it changes color.
On low flame, add curd along with 1 cup of water and mix it well.
Let it cook for 2-3 mins.
Add okra and mix it well.
Cover it with a lid and cook it well on low medium flame for 10-15mins.
For Serving
