Dahi Wali Arbi


Ingredients


  1. 500gms boiled arbi (cut)

  2. 1 cup curd (whisked)

  3. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  5. 1 cup whisk curd

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp cumin

  8. 1 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  10. 1 tsp coriander powder

  11. 1 tsp oil


Procedure


  1. Take a kadai and heat oil

  2. Add cumin and stir for a min

  3. Add ginger and chilies, cook for a min or two

  4. Add spices and mix well

  5. Add curd on low flame and mix well

  6. Add water as required for the gravy

  7. Add boiled arbi and let it cook for 10-15 mins on low medium flame



For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander powder or kasuri methi and serve with chapatti or paranthiGarnish it with fresh coriander and have it with chapatti and enjoy
