Dahi Ke Kabab


Ingredients


  1. Hung curd (of 1 kg curd)

  2. 500gm paneer crumbled

  3. Grinded green chilies and ginger together

  4. 10-12 cashews or almonds (chopped)

  5. 2 tbsp cornflour

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp black pepper

  8. 1 tsp chaat masala (optional)

  9. Bread crumbs

  10. Oil for shallow frying



Procedure

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add hung curd

  2. Add paneer, grinded chilies and ginger, almonds and spices, mix well

  3. Add cornflour and mix well

  4. Apply oil on both the hands

  5. Make small balls of it like tikki

  6. Dust bread crumbs

  7. Take a pan and heat oil for shallow frying

  8. Put the balls on it and cook it from both the sides on medium high flame Note be careful, while turning it might break


For Serving

Serve hot dahi ke kabab with fresh coriander chutney and onion rings.
