Ingredients
Leftover Rice
1 cup whisk curd
1 onion sliced
1-2 green chili chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
7-8 chopped garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp mustard seeds
2-3 red chilies
Curry leaves
8-10 cashews
2-3 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Asafetida

For Tadka
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and let it crackle for a min.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Let it crackle for two-three mins.
Add garlic, ginger, red chilies and cashews.
Toss for a min or two.
Add onions and green chilies.
Cook till it turns transparent.
Add asafetida, salt and red chili powder.
Mix well and cook for 4-5 mins on low medium flame.
Switch off the flame and keep it aside.
For Serving
Take a serving bowl.
Add rice and curd, mix well.
Add the prepared tadka.
Serve it.
