Curd dip


Ingredients


  1. 1 cup hung curd

  2. 1 small onion finely chopped

  3. Half capsicum finely chopped

  4. 1 tb spoon mayonnaise

  5. 1 tea spoon Chili flakes

  6. 1/2 tea spoon salt

  7. 1/2 tea spoon pepper


Procedure


  1. Take curd and pour it in muslin cloth for 2-3 hours so that its excess water comes out.

  2. Pour it in a bowl and add onion and capsicum add mayonnaise

  3. Add the spices

  4. Mix well and keep it fridge to serve it cold.


For Serving


Serve cold dip with any chips of your choice and enjoy
