Crispy Corn







Ingredients

  1. 2.5 cups frozen corns

  2. 1 lemon juice

  3. 1/4 cup rice flour

  4. 1/4 cup corn flour

  5. 1 tsp salt

  6. 1 tsp black salt

  7. 2 tsp black pepper

  8. 1 tsp chaat masala

  9. 1-2 onions finely chopped

  10. 4-5 green chilies finely chopped

  11. 2-3 cups water

Procedure







  1. Take a saucepan, add water and bring it to boil.

  2. Add frozen corns in boiling water and let it boil for 3-4 mins.

  3. Drain out the excessive water.

  4. Take a mixing bowl, add corns, rice flour, corn flour, salt, 1 tsp black pepper and mix well.

  5. Heat oil for frying.

  6. Add coated corns in batches for frying.

  7. Stir for a min or two and extract corns from oil.

  8. Take a mixing bowl and add fried corns.

  9. Add green chilies, onions, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice.

  10. Mix well all the ingredients.


For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve your crispy corn.
