Ingredients
2.5 cups frozen corns
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup corn flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chaat masala
1-2 onions finely chopped
4-5 green chilies finely chopped
2-3 cups water
Procedure
Take a saucepan, add water and bring it to boil.
Add frozen corns in boiling water and let it boil for 3-4 mins.
Drain out the excessive water.
Take a mixing bowl, add corns, rice flour, corn flour, salt, 1 tsp black pepper and mix well.
Heat oil for frying.
Add coated corns in batches for frying.
Stir for a min or two and extract corns from oil.
Take a mixing bowl and add fried corns.
Add green chilies, onions, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice.
Mix well all the ingredients.
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve your crispy corn.
