Corn Salad

(Serves 3-4)









Ingredients


  1. 1-1.5 cups of corns

  2. 2 medium onion finely chopped

  3. 2-3 tomatoes finely chopped

  4. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  5. 50 gms cottage cheese chopped in cubes

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1-1.5 tsp chaat masala

  8. 1 lemon juice

  9. Parsley or fresh coriander leaves for garnishing

  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add corns, onions, tomatoes, green chilies and cottage cheese.

  3. Mix well the ingredients.

  4. Add lemon juice, salt and chaat masala.

  5. Mix well.


For Serving

Serve your Corn Salad cold, along with your Lunch or Dinner and enjoy!!
