Corn Cheese Nuggets


Ingredients


  1. 3 big potatoes

  2. 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

  3. 1 cup corn (add water in frozen corn and keep it aside for 15 mins)

  4. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  5. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  6. 1 tsp Chili flakes

  7. 1 tsp Black pepper

  8. Salt as per taste

  9. 1 tsp oregano

  10. 4 tbsp cornflour

  11. Water

  12. Bread crumbs


Procedure

  1. Take a mixing bowl

  2. Add potatoes, corns, green chilies, ginger, spices and seasonings, mix well

  3. Add cheese and mix well

  4. Make small balls and keep it aside

  5. Take a bowl and add corn flour and water as required and make it a smooth paste

  6. In a bowl take bread crumbs

  7. One by one dip the corn cheese balls in paste and then in bread crumbs for coating

  8. Repeat this step for corn cheese balls

  9. Keep this coated nuggets in refrigerator for 2-3 hours

  10. Heat oil for frying

  11. Deep fry these nuggets on medium flame

For Air Fried

  1. Pre heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 mins.

  2. Add the nuggets in the air fryer basket.

  3. Brush some oil and set the air fryer for 7-8 mins.

  4. In between shake the basket.

  5. If uncooked air fry for 2-3 more mins or according to your taste.



For Serving

Serve hot corn cheese nuggets with sauce of your choice
