Coriander Chutney



Ingredients


  1. 500 gms coriander washed and chopped

  2. 1 carry peeled and chopped

  3. 4-5 tomatoes roughly chopped

  4. 6-7 green chilies roughly chopped

  5. 1 inch ginger

  6. 1 lemon juice

  7. Salt as per taste

  8. 1 tsp red chili powder (as required)

  9. 2 tsp dry mango powder

  10. 1/2 tsp asafetida (hing)

Procedure

  1. Take a grinder

  2. Add tomatoes, green chilies, ginger and carry blend it together

  3. Add coriander and blend together to smooth paste

  4. Add all spices and lemon juice and blend together


For Serving

Your coriander/ dhaniya chutney is ready to serve
