Coconut Chutney


Ingredients


  1. 1 cup dry coconut (grated)

  2. 2 tbsp roasted chana dal

  3. 1-2 green chilies

  4. 1-2 inch ginger

  5. Salt to taste

  6. Water as required.


Procedure


  1. Take a mixer

  2. Mix all the ingredients and grind together till smooth paste

  3. Initially add 1/2 cup of water for the chutney.

  4. If required add more water for smooth texture.


For Serving

Serve this chutney with idli or dosa and enjoy
