Ingredients
2 cups all wheat flour (maida)
2 tbsp suji
4 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp eno
1 tbsp oil
Warm water
Procedure
For Dough
Take a mixing bowl and add maida, suji, curd, salt, oil and eno
Accordingly add water and knead it to soft dough
Cover it with damp cloth and keep it aside for 3-4 hours.
For Bhatura
Make small balls
Take a ball and dust some maida
Roll it flat and deep fry it on medium high flame
For Serving
Serve hot bhatura with pindi chana and onion
