Chole Bhature



Ingredients


  1. 2 cups all wheat flour (maida)

  2. 2 tbsp suji

  3. 4 tbsp curd

  4. 1/2 tsp salt

  5. 1 tsp eno

  6. 1 tbsp oil

  7. Warm water


Procedure


For Dough


  1. Take a mixing bowl and add maida, suji, curd, salt, oil and eno

  2. Accordingly add water and knead it to soft dough

  3. Cover it with damp cloth and keep it aside for 3-4 hours.


For Bhatura


  1. Make small balls

  2. Take a ball and dust some maida

  3. Roll it flat and deep fry it on medium high flame


For Serving


Serve hot bhatura with pindi chana and onion
