Ingredients
100 gms butter
1/2 cup sugar powder
1 cup wheat
1/2 cup coco powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cold milk
Procedure
By Air Fryer
Take a mixing bowl
Add butter and sugar
Whisk well till it comes out smooth and fluffy
Seive wheat, coco powder and baking powder
Mix well all the ingredients
Add milk and knead it together
Make small balls and flatten it
Add walnut piece and bind the edges together
Repeat the step with rest of the dough
Pre heat air fryer on 170 degrees for 5 mins
Add the cookies in pre heated air fryer for 10’mins
By Idli Cooker
Take a mixing bowl
Add butter and sugar
Whisk well till it comes out smooth and fluffy
Seive wheat, coco powder and baking powder
Mix well all the ingredients
Add milk and knead it together
Grease idli plates
Make small balls and flatten it
Add walnut piece and bind the edges together
Repeat the step with rest of the dough
Side by side add salt in the idli stand and cover it with the lid for 5-10 mins for pre heating
Add the idli stand and cover it with the lid for 17-20 mins on medium flame ( use only one plate at a time)
For Serving
Serve cookies with tea or coffee and enjoy chocolaty flavour
