Chili Cheese Toast

Serves 2



Ingredients


  1. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  2. 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  3. 1 tsp grated garlic (optional)

  4. 1/2 capsicum (optional)

  5. Seasonings

  6. Salt

  7. 2/3 cup Grated Mozzarella cheese

  8. Bread (of your choice)

  9. Melted Butter


Procedure





On Tawa/ Griddle

  1. Take a mixing bowl and mix cheese, chilies, ginger, garlic, capsicum, seasoning and salt.

  2. Take bread slice and apply butter.

  3. Spread the cheese mix.

  4. Heat griddle.

  5. Keep the bread slice and cover it with lid on low flame for 4-5 mins.


In Air Fryer


  1. Take a mixing bowl and mix cheese, chilies, ginger, garlic, capsicum, seasoning and salt.

  2. Take bread slice and apply butter.

  3. Spread the cheese mix.

  4. Pre heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 mins.

  5. Keep the bread slice in air fryer basket and set it for 2-3 mins.


For Serving

Serve the hot and spicy Chili Cheese Toasties with sauce and your favorite drink.. and Enjoy!!
