Chili Soya

(Serves 2)




Ingredients


For Soya Chunks


  1. 1.5 cups soya chunks (boiled)

  2. 1/4 cup curd

  3. 1 tsp salt

  4. 1 tsp red chili powder

  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  6. 1 tsp dry mango powder



For Chilli Soya Chunks

  1. 1 big onion finely chopped

  2. 1 capsicum finely chopped

  3. 4-5 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 7-8 garlic cloves finely chopped

  5. 1 tbsp olive oil

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp pepper

  8. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  9. 1 tbsp green chilli sauce

  10. 2-3 tbsp vinegar

  11. Seasoning (optional)

  12. 1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)

For Soya Chunks

  1. Take a mixing bowl add curd and spices.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Add boiled soya chunks and mix well.

  4. Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins at 180 degrees.

  5. Add coated soya chunks in the air fryer basket and set it for 7-8 mins.

  6. Your Soya chunks are ready, keep it aside.

For Chilli Soya Chunks


  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add garlic and green chilies ,stir fry for a min.

  3. Add onions and sauté well for 3-4 mins.

  4. Add capsicum and mix well.

  5. Cook it for 3-4 mins.

  6. Add air fried soya chunks and mix well.

  7. Add seasonings, salt, pepper, and sauces and mix well.


For Serving


Garnish the Chili Soya Chunks with spring onions or seasoning or white sesame or fresh coriander And Serve hot with fried rice or noddles. Try out our Chinese section for more recipes.
