Chili Schezwan Maggi

(Serves 2)









Ingredients


  1. 2 pack maggi

  2. 1 small bowl spring onions

  3. 1 small capsicum shopped

  4. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  5. 8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped

  6. 1 tsp Chili flakes

  7. 1 tsp Mixed herbs

  8. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce

  9. 3-4 cups water

  10. 1 tbsp olive oil


Procedure





  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add chopped garlic and green chilies.

  3. Toss for 2-3 mins.

  4. Add chili flakes and mixed herbs,

  5. Toss for a min or two.

  6. Add spring onions and capsicum.

  7. Mix well and cook for 3-4 mins on low medium flame.

  8. Add schezwan sauce and mix well.

  9. Add maggi, maggi masala and water.

  10. Let it cook for 10-15 mins on medium high flame.


For Serving

Garnish your Chili Schezwan Maggi with spring onions and Serve it with your favorite Drink and Enjoy!!
