Chickpeas Salad Sandwich

(Serves 2)








Ingredients


  1. 1 cup boiled Chickpeas mashed

  2. 1 onion finely chopped

  3. 1 tomato finely chopped

  4. 2 tbsp black olives chopped

  5. 2 tbsp jalapeno chopped

  6. 1 lemon juice

  7. 1 tsp black pepper

  8. 1/2 tsp black salt

  9. Bread of your choice




Procedure




  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add mashed chickpeas and all the veggies.

  3. Add salt, pepper and squeeze lemon juice.

  4. Mix well the ingredients and keep it aside,

  5. Toast two bread slices.

  6. Add the chickpeas stuffing on the bread slice and cover it with other bread.
