Ingredients
1 big bowl boiled chickpeas
2 small onions finely chopped
2 small tomatoes finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
leftover Chapattis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp anardana
2 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp grated ginger
Tomato sauce
2 Lemon
1 tbsp oil

For Chickpeas Filling
Heat oil in a pan.
Add grated ginger and toss for a min or two.
Add boiled chickpeas and mix well.
Cook for 3-4 mins on low medium flame.
Add spices and mix well.
Mash it well with the masher.
Your filling is ready, keep it aside.
For Chickpeas Roll
Take a leftover chapatti.
Spread tomato sauce evenly.
Add chickpeas filling.
Sprinkle chopped - onions, tomatoes and capsicum.
Add lemon juice.
Sprinkle chaat masala.
Roll it and grill it.
For Serving
Serve your Chickpeas Rolls with sauce and enjoy !!
