Chickpeas Roll

(Serves 4-5)





Ingredients


  1. 1 big bowl boiled chickpeas

  2. 2 small onions finely chopped

  3. 2 small tomatoes finely chopped

  4. 1 capsicum finely chopped

  5. leftover Chapattis

  6. 1 tsp salt

  7. 1 tsp red chili powder

  8. 2 tsp anardana

  9. 2 tsp chaat masala

  10. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  11. Tomato sauce

  12. 2 Lemon

  13. 1 tbsp oil

For Chickpeas Filling


  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add grated ginger and toss for a min or two.

  3. Add boiled chickpeas and mix well.

  4. Cook for 3-4 mins on low medium flame.

  5. Add spices and mix well.

  6. Mash it well with the masher.

  7. Your filling is ready, keep it aside.


For Chickpeas Roll


  1. Take a leftover chapatti.

  2. Spread tomato sauce evenly.

  3. Add chickpeas filling.

  4. Sprinkle chopped - onions, tomatoes and capsicum.

  5. Add lemon juice.

  6. Sprinkle chaat masala.

  7. Roll it and grill it.


For Serving

Serve your Chickpeas Rolls with sauce and enjoy !!
