Ingredients
1 packet papdi
2-3 boiled potatoes (chopped)
10-12 Bhalle (soaked in water for 2-3 hours and squeezed out)
Coriander chutney
Sonth
Curd
Sev/ Aloo Bhujia
Salt
Red chili powder
Chaat Masala / Roasted Cumin
Pomegranate (optional)
Procedure
Take a serving plate.
Spread out 7-8 papdi.
Add chopped potatoes, bhalle, curd,coriander chutney, sonth,.
Sprinkle cumin powder, salt and red chili powder
Pour chutney and curd if required.
Garnish it with Sev and pomegrante.
