Chana Salad with Curd

(Serves 2)





Ingredients


  1. 1 big bowl boiled black gram

  2. 1 onion finely chopped

  3. 2 tomatoes finely chopped

  4. 1 cucumber finely chopped

  5. 7-8 garlic cloves finely chopped

  6. 1 bowl whisk curd

  7. 1 lemon juice

  8. Salt to taste

  9. 1-2 tsp mixed herbs



Procedure




  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add boiled black gram and veggies.

  3. Add garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt and seasoning.

  4. Add whisk curd.

  5. Mix well all the ingredients.

For Serving

Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours and serve cold.. Enjoy the healthy Breakfast..
