(Serves 2)
Ingredients
1 big bowl boiled black gram
1 onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
2 green chilies
1 lemon
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
2-3 tbsp coriander chutney
2-3 tbsp curd
Nylon sev for garnishing
Some papdi
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp oil
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan.
Add green chilies and toss for a min or two.
Add boiled black gram and mix well.
Cook till the water evaporates.
Take a big mixing bowl.
Add boiled kale chane and chopped veggies, mix well.
Add tomato sauce, coriander chutney and curd, mix well.
Add spices, lemon juice and mix well.
For Serving
Garnish the chat with nylon sev and papdi and enjoy the healthy breakfast.
