Chana Chaat


Ingredients


  1. 1 big bowl boiled chickpea

  2. 1 onion finely chopped

  3. 2 tomatoes finely chopped

  4. 1 boiled potato cut in cubes

  5. 2 green chilies

  6. 1 lemon juice

  7. 7-8 papries

  8. 1 tbsp tomato sauce (optional)

  9. 1 tbsp coriander chutney (optional)

  10. Nylon sev for garnishing

  11. Salt to taste

  12. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  13. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

  14. 1/2 tsp chaat masala


Procedure

  1. Take a big mixing bowl.

  2. Add boiled chickpeas and the chopped veggies, mix well

  3. Add spices, lemon juice and mix well

  4. Add Crushed the papdies

  5. Add tomato sauce and coriander chutney (optional)


For Serving

Garnish the chat with nylon sev and enjoy the healthy breakfast
