Cabbage Roll

(Serves 2-3)







Ingredients


  1. 10-12 Cabbage leaves separated

  2. 1 medium onion finely chopped

  3. 1/4th cup chopped beans

  4. 1/4th cup chopped capsicum

  5. 1/4th cup chopped cabbage

  6. 10-12 garlic chopped

  7. 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  8. Salt to your taste

  9. 1 tsp oregano

  10. 1 tsp chili flakes

  11. Water for boiling

For Filling


  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add garlic and toss it well.

  3. Add onions and cook till it changes color.

  4. Add capsicum, give it a nice mix.

  5. Add beans, give it a nice mix.

  6. Add cabbage and mix it well.

  7. Cook further for 5-7 mins.

  8. Add salt and seasoning, mix it well.

  9. Your Filling is ready, keep it aside.


For Cabbage Roll


  1. Boil water in a saucepan or pan.

  2. Add cabbage leaves and boil it for 2-3 mins and strain it.

  3. Take one Cabbage leave and add the prepared filling.

  4. Bring together the sides, as shown in the video.

  5. Repeat it till last.

  6. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

  7. Add the Roll in the pan and toss it well from both the sides.


For Serving

Serve your Cabbage Rolls are ready..

Serve it with Schezwan Sauce and Enjoy!!
