Ingredients
1 small cabbage finely sliced or chopped
1 big onion finely sliced
1/2 bowl cucumber chopped (in cubes)
1/2 bowl paneer chopped (in cubes)
1 bowl corns
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp parsley
flaxseeds for garnishing
Procedure

Take a mixing bowl.
Add cabbage, salt and black pepper.
Mix well and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
Now add rest of the veggies (cucumber, onion, paneer and corns).
Mix well.
Add parsley, oil and vinegar.
Mix well.
For Serving
Garnish the Cabbage Corn Salad with flaxseeds and serve it with garlic bread !!
