Bread Roll




Ingredients


  1. 6-7 boiled potatoes

  2. 1 onion finely chopped

  3. 2 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1 tsp grated ginger

  5. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds

  6. 1/2 tsp roasted sauf

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  10. Bread of your choice

  11. Oil for deep frying


Procedure

For Filling

  1. Take a mixing bowl

  2. Add potatoes(mashed), onions, chilies, ginger and spices

  3. Mix well all ingredients


For Rolls

  1. Take a bowl add some water

  2. Dip one bread in water and squeeze excess water

  3. In between add the potato filling and bind together

  4. Repeat this process and deep fry on medium low flame


For Serving

Serve hot with coriander chutney.
