Bread Lasagna

(Serves 2)








Ingredients


For Vegetables

  1. 1 onion finely chopped

  2. 1 capsicum finely chopped

  3. 1/2 bowl corns

  4. 1/2 bowl paneer cubes

  5. 3 tbsp black olives

  6. 8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped

  7. salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp red chili flakes

  9. 2 tsp mixed herbs or oregano

  10. 5 Bread slices (rolled with rolling pin)

  11. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

For White Sauce

  1. 8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped

  2. 2 tbsp all purpose flour or wheat flour

  3. 1.5 cup milk

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  6. 1 tsp Chili flakes

  7. 1 tsp Mixed herbs or oregano

  8. 1 tbsp olive oil


For Red Sauce


  1. 6-7 tomatoes roughly chopped

  2. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  3. 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce

  4. 2-3 schezwan sauce

  5. Salt to taste

  6. 1 tsp chili flakes

  7. 1 tsp mixed herbs or oregano

  8. 1 tbsp olive oil

Procedure





For White Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add garlic cloves and toss for a min or two.

  3. Add all purpose flour or wheat flour and stir well.

  4. Toss for 3-4 mins.

  5. On low flame, add milk in batches and keep stiring to avoid lumps.

  6. Add spices and mix well.

  7. Add cheese and mix well to thick consistency and your sauce is ready.


For Red Sauce

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil and add garlic.

  2. Toss for 2-3 mins.

  3. Grind tomatoes and green chilies together to smooth paste.

  4. Add tomato puree and cook well for 8-10 mins.

  5. Add sauces, chili flakes, mixed herbs and salt.

  6. Let it cook for 5-8 mins and bring it to boil.

  7. Your sauce is ready.


For Vegetables


  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add garlic cloves and toss well.

  3. Add onions and mix well.

  4. Cook well for 3-4 mins.

  5. Add capsicum and mix well.

  6. Toss it for 2-3 mins.

  7. Add corns and mix well.

  8. Toss it for 2-3 mins.

  9. Add olives and mix well.

  10. Toss it for 2-3 mins.

  11. Add paneer cubes and mix well.

  12. Toss it for 2-3 mins.

  13. Add chili flakes, mixed herbs and salt.

  14. Mix well and keep it aside - your vegetables are ready.


For Air Fried Bread Lasagna


  1. Pre heat the air fryer for 10 mins at 180 degrees.

  2. Take aluminum container, keep one rolled bread slice.

  3. Spread sautéed vegetables, red sauce and white sauce.

  4. Sprinkle some cheese and cover it with other bread slice.

  5. Repeat this step on more time.

  6. Sprinkle cheese on the top bread slice.

  7. Keep the container in Air fryer basket and set it for 5 mins at 180 degrees.


For Serving

Your Air Fried Bread Lasagna is ready to serves!! Cut it in four parts and serve with your favorite drink!! Enjoy..
