Bourbon Cake

Ingredients


  1. 1 packet of any chocolate biscuit

  2. 6-7 normal marie biscuit (if you don’t wont more of the chocolaty flavor)

  3. 6-7 tbsp milk

  4. Walnuts

  5. Oil for greasing


Procedure


  1. Take biscuits and grind them smooth

  2. Take a mixing bowl

  3. Add grinded biscuits

  4. Add milk in batches and mix well

  5. Add crushed walnuts and mix well

  6. Grease the aluminium container

  7. Pour the chocolate mix and tap it flat.

  8. Sprinkle more of walnuts

  9. Add the container in the pre heated (200 degrees for 10 mins) in air fryer basket and set it for 5 mins

  10. Check with the help of toothpick that its bake or not (insert the toothpick in the centre and take it out, if no residue sticks to it your cake is ready)

  11. Put the tin upside down on plate for 5-6 mins

  12. The cake will come out automatically.
