Bombay Sandwich

(Serves 2)



Ingredients

  1. 1 tomato roundly cut

  2. 1 onion roundly cut

  3. Bread

  4. Coriander Chutney

  5. Chat Masala

  6. Aloo Bhujia for garnishing


For Masala


  1. 3-4 boiled potatoes

  2. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  3. Salt to taste

  4. 1 tea spoon red chili powder

  5. 1 tea spoon dry mango powder

  6. 1 tea spoon coriander powder

For Masala

  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add potatoes and mash it.

  3. Add chopped green chilies and spices, mix well.


For Sandwich

  1. Take 2 bread slices and spread coriander chutney on both the slices.

  2. On one bread slice spread Masala aloo/ potatoes.

  3. Add roundly onions and tomatoes, sprinkle chat masala and cover it with the bread slice.

  4. Heat a griddle.

  5. Add stuffed sandwich and cook from both the sides.



For Serving

Cut diagonally and garnish with aloo bhujia and serve hot with tomato sauce
